We want you to be happy with your purchase and will refund your purchases provided they are in saleable condition.

Please request a return # by email or phone. If you exchange an item we will not charge you postage on the new purchase. Allow 7-10 days for any exchange to be processed and for your card to be credited. Also allow 1-2 billing cycles for the adjustment to show up on your credit card bill.
